Palm Bay

Palm Bay has different ranges of price, you can live in a gated community unit or you can choose to live without restrictions in a neighborhood. Living outside of a restricted community you can choose how your home and lot appearance look but, unless the city has an restrictions there is no control over your neighbors. Living in a regular neighborhood brings more affordability and if you choose to put a boat in the backyard or your motor home no one will stop you. 

Palm Bay has good schools near by and lots of great shopping and beaches are about 30-45 minutes away.
